The Cast


Jack Baldwin - Basil

Jack read classics at Kings College London then trained at LAMDA, and he has a wealth of experience in film, radio, theatre… even opera! His most notable recent TV was The Rochdale Pioneers, an acclaimed documentary about the Co-operative movement. Also on film/TV: Henry IV part I, A Political Life, and Coldfall. Theatre credits include Shakespeare tragedies and comedies, plus The Shakespeare Conspiracy, Comedians, Don Juan and What the Butler Saw. On radio and podcast, he’s done The Spiral Stair, Brasshead, and Last Stand, and in opera Tosca, Peter Grimes, and The Macropulos Case. Jack has been playing Basil since 2012, touring internationally and winning 5-star reviews all the way. In 2017-2019 he appeared with Mischief Theatre’s London West End award-winning production of The Play That Goes Wrong and The Comedy About a Bank Robbery.



Karina Garnett - Sybil

Karina Garnett graduated from Middlesex University where she trained with John Wright. Since then she has had a varied and exciting career touring with theatre companies all over the UK, Ireland, the US, the Netherlands, Germany, Turkey, Egypt and Singapore. She has performed mask theatre with Trestle and Strangeface, brought to life children's classics such as The Gruffalo and Room on The Broom with Tall Stories, and worked extensively with Young Vic-based performance and installation company Fevered Sleep. Karina is also a puppeteer and has worked with theatre-rites, Blind Summit, Polka, Indefinite Articles, The Little Angel, RSC, The Globe and Scratchbuilt productions. She has been playing Sybil since 2012, and in that role has won 5-star reviews in Denmark, Europe and Australia, as well as at Edinburgh Fringe and in London’s West End.



Oliver Harrison - Manuel

After training at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, Oliver continued his professional training with comedy and clown experts such as Philippe Gaulier, Spymonkey, Dr Brown and Mick Barnfather. He is an accomplished solo and collaborative performer of comedic, devised and physical work, and is co-founder of Wildheart & Lyric, a successful touring theatre company that devises raucous physical comedy. Oliver has a passion for making original, dynamic theatre that incorporates clown, slapstick and expert stupidity and he continues to work with other brilliant companies like Dreamthinkspeak, Bureau of Silly Ideas, Gomito and Long Nose Puppets. He has also enjoyed great success in his solo show, Signor Baffo’s Restaurant – which is now co-produced with ITI. As Manuel, he tours the UK and Europe, and appears in London’s West End to fantastic reviews.

Hayden Wood - Basil

Hayden is a London based actor who has worked extensively in the UK and around the world. Selected theatre credits include The Play That Goes Wrong (London West End), Richard II (Houses Of Parliament and Arcola), Alice's Adventures Underground (The Vaults), The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance (Park Theatre), The Owls Are Not What They Seem (Theatre Delicatessen), The Bunker Trilogy (Edinburgh, Adelaide and Seoul), The Boy James (Edinburgh Fringe) and Sherlock Holmes: A Working Hypothesis (UK Tour). Having joined ITI in 2017, Hayden has won 5-star reviews for his roles as Ricky/Ray in Confetti & Chaos and for Basil in Faulty Towers The Dining Experience.



Kat Mary - Sybil

Kat trained at the Guildford School of Acting, graduating in 2004. Since setting up her own theatre company (also in 2004), she has produced and performed in shows both in the UK and internationally. These have ranged from an adaptation of popular children’s book Vampirates, to comedy parody Escape From The Planet Of The Day That Time Forgot, to large scale immersive shows such as Oh What a Lovely War, Metamorphosis and Woyzeck. Kat regularly tours her solo show Mata Hari – Female Spy and performs as a puppeteer with street theatre troupe, the ‘Flying Buttresses’. TV credits include playing Julia in the award winning BBC1 drama Pompeii –The Last Day, and playing Ellie alongside Josh Widdecombe in BBC’s Josh. Kat has worked extensively in commercials and is often cast as ‘commercial mum’ for brands such as Kaufland, Halfords and Peugeot. She has presented for Facebook Live alongside David Schneider, and regularly works with his production company 'That Lot' appearing in comedy shorts, commercials and films.



Nerine Skinner - Sybil

Nerine trained at Arts Educational Schools London and has worked in many areas of the industry from musical theatre to dance to plays and stand up comedy. Her recent work includes Beauty and The Beast (Salisbury Playhouse) Undercover Girlfriends (Channel 5) and Roald Dahl and the Wurble Gobblers (in association with the Roald Dahl Guild).

Nerine is now in most of ITI’s shows playing Sybil in Faulty Towers The Dining Experience, and Cassandra and Marlene in Only Fools The (cushty) Dining Experience, as well as Val and Stacey in Confetti & Chaos. She has even been known to have played both sets of characters in this show too! She works a great deal in devising and has helped create and develop several projects from including work on Pamela's Palace and a new concept for a Faulty Towers show with ITI. She also devises and creates private immersive theatre abroad.

Nerine has a real love for comedy and is part of the double act Franks and Skinner who have performed two shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. They received five star reviews and have since filmed a pilot for a children's TV series.

Nerine is thrilled to be up at the Fringe with ITI once more performing in Confetti & Chaos and Faulty Towers The Dining Experience. She is also one third of the comedy vocal trio The Dots.



Nick Moon - Manuel

Nick is an actor, comedian and impressionist. He began his professional acting career over 20 years ago when he started working as a stunt artist in a jousting tournament. Since then Nick has accumulated many roles, not just within theatre and musicals but also in the film industry where some of his credits include Brighton Mob, Home for Christmas, and Further Ed. His character work has made him one of the most sought after impersonators on the touring circuit, winning critical and audience reviews. Nick also freelances as a producer and a director.
